# acpt/form/save

Fires after a form's settings are saved

**Type:** Action

Fires after a form's settings (excluding its fields — see [`acpt/form_fields/save`](/developers/actions/acpt-form_fields-save.md)) are created or updated.

### Parameters

| Parameter  | Type              | Description                                  |
| ---------- | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| `$command` | `SaveFormCommand` | The command instance that performed the save |
| `$form`    | `FormModel`       | The saved form                               |

### Usage

```php
add_action("acpt/form/save", function(SaveFormCommand $command, FormModel $form){
    // do something
}, 10, 2);
```
