# acpt/form\_fields/save

Fires after the fields of a form are saved

**Type:** Action

Fires after a form's fields are created or updated (separately from the form's own settings — see [`acpt/form/save`](/developers/actions/acpt-form-save.md)).

### Parameters

| Parameter  | Type                    | Description                                  |
| ---------- | ----------------------- | -------------------------------------------- |
| `$command` | `SaveFormFieldsCommand` | The command instance that performed the save |
| `$form`    | `FormModel`             | The form whose fields were saved             |

### Usage

```php
add_action("acpt/form_fields/save", function(SaveFormFieldsCommand $command, FormModel $form){
    // do something
}, 10, 2);
```
