# Form submissions log

Every form submission will be automatically stored.

Click the **Log** link on the forms list page to view the log:

Each log entry contains the following information:

* **date**
* **action**
* **callback** (what the form did)
* **calling IP**
* **calling browser**
* **logged user** (can be null)
* **data**
* **errors**

Please note that the submissions cannot be manipulated in any way, and will be canceled only when the form is deleted.
