How to use ACPT fields as FacetWP facet data sources
ACPT integrates with FacetWP so that any ACPT field can be used as a facet Data Source, ordered by choice, indexed, and rendered by FacetWP's Listing Builder.
First steps
Install and activate FacetWP, then go to FacetWP → Facets → Add new.
Using ACPT fields as a Data Source
Open the Data source dropdown when creating or editing a facet. Every ACPT field available for the current context is listed under a dedicated ACPT group, prefixed with acpt/.
Each choice is labeled as:
[Field group label] Field labelFields nested inside a Repeater are listed individually, with the parent chain included in the label:

Any other textual field type (Text, Textarea, Number, etc.) is indexed as-is
For relational field types (Post Object, Term Object, User, and the generic Post relation), FacetWP indexes and displays the related item's title/name/display name rather than its raw ID.
Re-indexing
After creating a facet on an ACPT field, or after changing field values on your content, run FacetWP → Settings → Re-index so the new choices and values are picked up.
Sorting facet choices
Set a Select, Radio, or Checkbox facet's Sort by option to Term order to have FacetWP follow the order in which the field's options are configured, instead of alphabetical or count-based sorting.
Layout Builder
When an ACPT field is used inside a FacetWP Listing Builder template, relational and choice fields are rendered as readable output — a linked post/term title, a user's display name, or the option's label — instead of the raw stored value.
"Other" data source
For advanced templates that need to pull a value FacetWP doesn't natively expose as a facet, an ACPT field can also be referenced through FacetWP's source_other mechanism, using the same acpt/ prefix.
