Log in to your dashboard, open the Help Center, and create a new Ticket.

Bug reports

First of all, be sure the bug you found is reproducible.

If you are unsure about it, you can consider discussing it with other users on Facebook's official group.

Every bug report will be analyzed, labeled, and prioritized.

You will be notified of every ticket update via email (status change, a new reply, etc..).

Technical assistance inquiries

Every technical assistance received will be analyzed, labeled, and prioritized.

We'll try to answer Technical inquiries in the shortest time possible.

Please note that the answer will be generally delayed the more complicated the inquiry is.

Refunds

Refund requests are generally processed within 24 working hours.
