How to export settings
Navigate to ACPT tools and then click on Export data.
The Export dashboard looks like this:
Select the desired elements to export by toggling the corresponding checkbox in the element row. Each element type is listed as a separate, independently selectable section:
Custom post types
All registered custom post types, together with their settings (labels, supports, rewrite rules, and taxonomy associations).
Taxonomies
All registered taxonomies and their settings. When a custom post type is exported, its associated taxonomies are included automatically — you don't need to select them separately unless you want to export a taxonomy on its own.
Option pages
Option pages and their field groups, including the values entered for each field.
Meta field groups
Meta field groups and the fields they contain, along with their location rules (which post types, taxonomies, users, or option pages they are attached to).
Forms
Form definitions, including their fields, actions, and settings.
Custom Content Type (CCT) Tables and Table Groups
When exporting a Table, its columns — including nested repeater/flexible fields and foreign keys — are included automatically.
When exporting a Table Group, its location rules are included, along with the IDs of the tables that belong to it. Export the tables themselves too if you want them recreated on import.

YAML
What's included automatically
Exporting a custom post type also exports its associated taxonomies, and — for WooCommerce product post types — the associated product data.
